Release Notes: New Feature: Sublist, List Priority

The following features have been added to Web version and Android version of colocolomemo.

  1. New: Sublist
  2. New: List Priority

The version of Android application is 1.4.0. Check the update from Google Play.
iOS version is now developping. Please be patient.

What's Sublist

You can create the Smartlists as children below the List. You can build a such tree of Lists which the children narrow down the parent by the search keyword.

For example, now you have a list "Restaurant" containing the memos about some restaulants. Below this, You can create a sublist "Restaurant / Tokyo" contains the restaurants in Tokyo, or a sublist "Restaurant / Paris" for Paris.

You can also create a sub-sublist such like "Restaurant / Tokyo / Shinjuku". Using the "Star", you can also create a sublist such like "Restaurant / 3-Stars".

How to create the sublist

Notes: You can create the sublists only in Web version. It is being developed so that you can create in the Android / iOS application.

The sublist is created as the smartlist. The smartlist is a list storing the search keyword. So search first.

To create a sublist below a list "Restaurant", display the list "Restaurant", and click the search icon at the top right corner of the list (or type / key).

The input field to search will be displayed. Enter the search keyword.
Enter the keyword. For example, enter "tag:tokyo" to search the memos with a tag "tokyo", or enter "star:3" to search the memos with the 3 stars. To search the memos contains a word "OMG...", enter "OMG...".

Click "Search" button or type Enter, and the search result will be displayed.
Click "Save As", enter the name of sublist, type Enter, and the sublist will be created.

You can create the sublist up to 5 levels.

What's List Priority

You can set a priority to the lists by number from 0 to 100. The lists is ordered by this priority. You can edit the priority to reorder the lists.

You can edit the priority in the list editing box.

In Web version, the lists with the priority under 30 is hidden. You can edit the priority as under 30 to hide the lists that you don't use anymore.
