See "Case 2. Cancel paid plan" section in "Changing plans" for how to cancel each payment method.

Updating paid plan

In case of credit card

At the renewal date, your card will be charged automatically and renew the plan subscription.
At the same day of month or year as same of first payment day, the subscription will be renewed.

If the date doesn't exist in that month, the end of the month will be used.
For example, contract in 31 March as monthly payment, the first updating day will be 30 April and the next will be 31 May.

In case of mobile app payment

At the renewal date, Google or Apple charges the fee automatically and renew the plan subscription.
The timing of settlement varies depending on each payment provider.

Notification of renewal

In case of annual payment, we will notice you in about 1 week before renewal.

If the payment failed

If the updating payment failed for the card expired or some reason, the plan will be downgraded automatically.
We doesn't ask the additional payment for failed payment.

In case of credit card, you can see the failed reason in the list of payment in the screen.

Case 3. Upgrade

When upgrading from Taka to Fuji, it switches to Fuji plan immediately after the change procedure.

In case of credit card

The price is calculated on the basis of the number of used days on a daily basis, the amount already paid in the previous plan. We will allocate the remaining amount to pay the new plan as much as possible.

For example, if you used Taka monthly plan (¥480) for 14 days and changed to Fuji yearly plan (¥9,600):

  • Consumed amount is ¥224 for 14 days of Taka monthly plan
  • Remaining amount is ¥256
  • ¥256 is allocatable for 8 days of Fuji monthly plan (*)

As described above you can use Fuji plan without additional payments for 8 days.
At this time the next renewal date is set after 8 days.
After 8 days your subscription will be renewed and the card will be charged first time for ¥9,600.
After that the subscription will be renewed annually in the same date of each year.

*) Even if the updating new plan is annual type, monthly price will be used in calculation because the days left for next renewal date will be less than 1 year.

Case 4. Downgrade

When downgrading from Fuji to Taka or from Taka to Nasu, you can use the items created in higher plan even if downgraded.
For example when you created 1,001 tags in Taka plan and downgraded to Nasu plan, in Nasu plan you can use only 1,000 tags but you can continue to use 1,001 tags.
But it is over the limitaion of 1,000 items, so you can't create more tags or edit them.

In case of credit card

When downgrading from Fuji to Taka or from Taka to Nasu, it switches to new plan at next renewal date.
Until next renewal date you can use the current higher plan, at the renewal date it switches to new lower plan automatically and the amount for new plan will be charged.

For example, if you subscribe Fuji plan and change to Taka plan:

  • Until next renewal date you can use Fuji plan
  • From next renewal date your plan will be automatically changed to Taka plan

Until next renewal date the change is just only "reserved", so it will not be charged.
You can cancel the plan changing or switch to another plan until renewal date.
(But check out that if it is the upgrade, the plan changing will be done immediately as described above)

In case of Android app payment

When upgrading from Fuji to Taka, it switches to Taka plan immediately after the change procedure.

In case of iOS app payment

When downgrading from Fuji to Taka, it switches to new plan at next renewal date.

Case 5. Change the payment period

If you change the payment period without changing the grade of plan (like from monthly payment to annual payment or reverse of that), as the same of downgrading it switches to new payment period from next renewal date.
At the renewal date it switches to new payment period automatically and the amount for new plan will be charged.
